listing. selling, investment, taxes, and a proven record of experience in applied residential marketing. CRS

designees receive the added member benefits of the recognition that comes from receiving the highest

professional designation awarded in the residential real estate industry.

GRI: Graduate, REALTORS Institute, a NAR designation awarded at the state association level. The GRI

represents REALTORS who have completed a comprehensive education program that provides practical real

estate training. This program is above and beyond the education required to earn a real estate license.

RCC: Residential Construction Certified and CNHS: Certified New Homes Specialist, for real estate

professionals active in either resale or new home business, RCC delivers the most effective and comprehensive

training available covering materials, methods, terminology, and details of construction. RCC identifies agents

asa true real estate professional with in-depth knowledge of construction, which allows the agent to work more

professionally with buyers, sellers, appraisers, inspectors, lenders, designers, engineers and construction

professionals.

SRES: stands for Seniors Real Estate Specialist, The SRES acknowledges REALTORS who have completed

an education program that provides practical real estate training for the over 50+ clients, and the adjustments to

buying and selling their homes.
